These Terms and Conditions, along with all related documents, outline the terms under which you may use this website, fabulashbyelle.com , as well as our policies regarding appointments and services provided in the clinic. We ask that you carefully review these Terms and Conditions. By using our website or signing any consent forms for treatments at Fabulash by Elle Clinic, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please note that all content will be posted on our social media account, if you do not wish to share your full face please let us know in written . If you do not agree to these conditions, you should immediately stop using our website and refrain from booking any treatments.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

Unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply within these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Content” refers to all text, images, videos, audio, code, software, databases, and other forms of data or information that can be stored on a computer and appear on or form part of our website.
  • “System” refers to the online communication tools we provide through our website, which may include forms, emails, live chats, and discussion forums.
  • “We/Us/Our” refers to Fabulash by Elle Clinic and our team members.

1. CLIENT CARE AND TREATMENTS

At Fabulash by Elle Clinic, we understand that many of our clients seek treatment for various physical, emotional, and psychological concerns. We conduct detailed consultations with each individual before proceeding with any treatment, which includes a thorough review of medical history, current concerns, an examination, diagnosis, and a personalized treatment plan. We also provide follow-up care and aftercare services as needed.

We kindly ask that when commenting on the before-and-after photos of our clients, members of the public remain respectful, considering that these treatments often address deeply personal insecurities that have affected our clients for a significant part of their lives. We adhere to the latest professional medical guidelines set by the General Medical Council (GMC) to ensure the highest standards of care.

1.1 CANCELLATION POLICY

A non refundable 50% booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. We maintain a 7 days cancellation policy. If a client fails to attend or does not provide adequate notice, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost. The booking fee will be credited toward the cost of the treatment on the day of the appointment. If you cancel within 7 days , there will be no penalty and we can transfer the deposit into you’re next appointment, no refunds will be issued .

1.1A COVID-19 CANCELLATION AND Booking POLICY

We enforce a strict 7-day notice cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule within the 7-day period, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to reschedule. If you cancel outside of the 7-day period, your booking fee will either be applied toward rescheduling as we do not offer refunds . In the case of COVID-19-related cancellations, a self-isolation notice from the track and trace app will allow you to reschedule without losing the booking fee . If the clinic must close due to COVID-19, your deposit will be held for future appointments.

1.1LATENESS POLICY

We do not accommodate lateness. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and your booking fee will be forfeited , if you were late and we accepted to take you , please note that the service might not be completed as we didn’t have enough time due to the lateness . Any subsequent appointments will require an additional booking fee. By paying the booking fee, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that late arrivals may result in us being unable to rebook you on the same day.

1.2 TREATMENT FOLLOW-UPS

PMU top-ups within 4-6 weeks of the original appointment will be charged £50 per session.

1.3 TREATMENT PACKAGES

Treatment packages are non-refundable. However, any remaining balance for unused treatments may be transferred to other services within Fabulash by Elle Clinic. If a treatment package is discontinued, the remaining balance will be credited toward alternative services within our clinic. No refunds will be issued in cash or via bank transfer. Please speak with our Clinic Manager for more details.

1.4 Content policy

Photo Consent and Marketing:

All clients must know that we may take before-and-after photos to showcase the results of our work. These photos may be used for marketing, promotional materials, and on our website or social media platforms. If you do not wish for your photos to be shared publicly, please inform us in writing prior to your appointment . Failure to notify us in advance will be considered as granting permission to use your photos for marketing purposes.

Please note, all model services are discounted services, and by booking these services, you agree to allow us to use your images for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in advance in written.

1.5 CHILDREN POLICY

For safety reasons, we are unable to allow children into the clinic.

1.6 PETS POLICY

Due to hygiene standards, pets are not allowed in the clinic.

1.7 GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, they will no longer be accepted. Fabulash by Elle Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers. These vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may not be shared between multiple individuals. If a voucher is used as a booking fee, our cancellation policy will still apply.

1.8 REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds for treatments that have already been performed. This is because the time and materials used for your treatment have been utilized and cannot be reused. Although the final aesthetic result may not meet your expectations we will offer a fix for the set you didn’t like .
At Fabulashbyelle , we are committed to providing high-quality lash services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with lash style, curl, or length.

Policy Details:

  • No Refunds: All services are final and non-refundable once performed.
  • Adjustments/Corrections: If there is an issue with your service, we offer free adjustments or corrections within 3 days of your appointment. After this period, any additional services will be charged at the regular rate.
  • Cancellation/No-Show Fees: A cancellation fee may apply if the appointment is not rescheduled within the required time frame or if you do not show up for your appointment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to communicate openly with us about your preferences prior to your appointment to ensure the best possible results.

2.0 COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to schedule a follow-up appointment with one of our professionals (at no additional cost) within 3 dats . Most concerns are addressed at this stage. If you are still unhappy after the initial review, you may request a second opinion from either the same or another professional at our clinic.

If you remain dissatisfied after the review process, you may proceed with a formal complaint.

You must know that any picture is taken by our staff might be shared on our platform so please if you do not wish let us know before you book your appointment

FORMAL COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

To make a formal complaint, please submit your concern in writing via email (fabulash.byelle@icloud.com) and should include your name, contact information, treatment details, and any relevant information to assist us in resolving your concern. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

By booking an appointment at Fabulash by Elle Clinic, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Student Course Policy &Terms

FEES, ENROLMENT & REFUNDS
If a student does not attend or complete their course for any reason other than cancellation by Fabulash by
Elle Clinic Ltd, all course fees and deposits are non-refundable. This includes personal issues, illness,
relocation, change of mind, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another training course at Fabulash by Elle Clinic Ltd,
subject to availability.
The full balance must be paid at least 14 days before the course begins. Failure to do so may result in the
loss of the booking and the deposit.
Students are allowed to reschedule their course once only. This must be requested in writing a minimum of
14 days prior to the original course date and is subject to availability. A 10% administrative fee applies to any
schedule changes.
Enrolment is confirmed once the application deposit fee is received. Students must attend the course
on the exact date and time stated in the confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or disruptions due to external events beyond our control (e.g.,
emergencies, natural disasters).
Payments are non-transferable to any products or other services provided by Fabulash by Elle Clinic Ltd under any circumstances. 
Our courses are short and intensive. While we support students with special learning needs such as dyslexia
or anxiety, the fast-paced format may not be suitable for everyone. Students are responsible for deciding if
the training format meets their personal learning needs.
It is the student’s responsibility to confirm that the training meets the requirements of their insurance provider
and local authority, where applicable. Fabulash by Elle Clinic Ltd cannot be held responsible if a student later
determines the course does not meet their expectations or external requirements.
ATTENDANCE & COMPLETION
Full attendance over the 2-day course is required. Any missed hours or sessions will result in the student
being ineligible for certification and no refund will be given.
Certification is awarded based on successful demonstration of practical skills and meeting the course
standards-not solely on attendance or payment.

If a student does not meet the required standard during the course, they may be offered an opportunity to
attend a refresher session, at an additional cost and subject to availability.
PUNCTUALITY
All courses start promptly at the scheduled time. Students arriving late may miss essential content, and
sessions will not be extended or repeated.
Late arrivals may result in disqualification from the course without a refund.
GENERAL CONDUCT & COURSE DELIVERY
Students must wear professional attire or the uniform specified in advance of the course.
Fabulash by Elle Clinic Ltd reserves the right to remove any student for inappropriate conduct, disruptive
behaviour, or failure to comply with training standards. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Course content, pricing, and format may be updated at any time without prior notice.
OVERSEAS STUDENTS
Students making payments from outside the UK must include their full name and cover any associated bank
fees to ensure full payment is received.
Students must have sufficient English language skills to follow verbal and written instructions without the
assistance of a translator.
LIABILITY & STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Fabulash by Elle Clinic Ltd is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Students are advised
not to bring valuables to the training centre.
Students needing additional support or follow-up sessions after the course will be charged £40 per hour,
based on availability.
Certificates and training materials must be collected within 6 months of course completion. Items not
collected within this time may be disposed of.

DISCIPLINARY POLICY
Any student found cheating, causing damage, or engaging in misconduct will be removed from the premises
immediately and without refund.
DATA PROTECTION / PRIVACY POLICY
Fabulash by Elle Clinic Ltd adheres to data protection laws. Student information is used solely for course
administration, communication, and certification purposes.
We do not store credit card details or share student information with third parties
